It's definitely unlucky for some...
Friday's news!
Justin's not my ear-o
With Justin Bieber being so swoonarific, it's pretty standard to expect a fair bit of fangirling at his concerts. And concerts are, by nature, pretty loud. One fan's mother is a bit peeved at the decibels the screaming/music reached though, as she reckons it's damaged her hearing. She took her daughter to see JBiebs do his thing in 2010, and is now suing the singer for permanent hearing loss! She's after a MAHOOSIVE $9.23 million. She told TMZ, ‘I was injured by a sound blast that exceeded safe decibel levels. I suffer hearing loss, tinnitus and hyperacusis in both ears.’ She also claims Bieber made it worse by getting various parts of the audience to scream as loud as they could, and then noise levels hit the roof when he went into the crowd himself. We don't recommend she sees 1D in concert then.
Kristen's cool with Bella
Is it just us or has Kristen Stewart been saying for ages that she couldn't wait until Twilight is all over? FINALLY the star has admitted that actually she'll miss it quite a bit. At Comic-Con in San Diego, the actress said, "It's funny. If you told me we had to do reshoots tomorrow I'd start giggling from happiness. I'd love to go back." She went on to say she also doesn't mind always being remembered as Bella. "It's the hugest compliment. People who call me the Twilight girl and mean it... please, pigeon-hole me. That means I did it right." At the convention eight whole minutes of the new film were shown, including footage of Bella scoffing a mountain lion. Yikes!
Cher-ing her music!
WHY ARE ALL OF OUR BEST MUSIC ACTS DITCHING US FOR AMERICA??? *sobs* Cher Lloyd recently jumped on the bandwagon (AKA a plane) and headed over to the USA to try her luck at making it big. And crikey she has! She's scored a top ten on iTunes with Want U Back, and is readying herself for a big performance on America's Got Talent (although they clearly haven't if they need to keep nicking outs!) later this month. She said: 'I'm so excited by everything that is going on! I've been touring US radio stations for quite a while now, and it's been fantastic to get out and see so much of America. There's still lots of hard work to do though!' Good. Now come home!
Girl's got guts
As someone who can put the almighty Simon Cowell in his place, we know Cheryl Cole is a force to be reckoned with. Speaking to a Spanish mag called S Moda, she said she is most definitely not a walkover. "I won't let myself get pushed around. I'm not stupid." Cher Lloyd already knows not to start beef with Chez. After saying the star did nothing to help her after the X Factor, Cheryl tweeted her back with "Be Careful who you kick on your way up .. They kick you twice as hard on your way back down.. #unappreciationisugly"
