Taylor wins, The Voice votes and Selena's stalker
Today's latest gossip!
TAYLOR'S THE WOMAN
Last night the presitigious 2012 Billboard Music Awards took place in America with some of our fave names winning big. Adele won 12 awards including Top Female Artist, Lady Gaga won two, including one for Best Dance Album for Born This Way, Justin Bieber nabbed one, and Taylor Swift was presented with Woman Of The Year, looking stunning in a floor sweeping red gown! There were performances from Justin Bieber, Katy Perry, and of course, the boys taking America by storm, The Wanted. The excitement all got a bit much for poor Tom, who tweeted "Always wounding when you sing the wrong words lol!! Loved it though." Ooops. Ahh no one noticed.
THE VOICE DOUBLE TROUBLE
It's been a rocky weekend for The Voice, with a technical hitch that saw Jessie J refusing to sing until it was sorted, and rumours circulating that Jessie is gearing up to leave (which Holly Willoughby has denied), and four devastated contestants were made to do the walk of shame as they left their dreams on the stage. Jessie and the public saved Becky Hill and Vince Kidd, and saw Toni Warne and Cassius Henry walk off the show, while Danny saved Bo Bruce and Max Milner, and said adios to Aleks Josh and David Julien. Did you tune in?
SELENA'S STALKER STOPPED
Gareth Crosskey, a dude from the UK who thought it would be a good idea to hack Selena Gomez' Facebook, has had his comeuppance. The FBI have tracked down the JBiebs' girlfriend wannabe after the wally posted a video of himself hacking the account! Before getting stopped he posted such things as 'Justin Bieber sucks' on her wall after he posed as her stepdad to get the password changed, and then threatened to post private emails between Selena and her boyf. His solicitor said, “He accepts his actions have caused distress and alarm and he accepts that his actions were stupid.” D'uh.
CARDLE'S RED CARD
Sad times for X Factor winner Matt Cardle - he's apparently been dropped by his record label after poor album sales, according to People. A source has said Matt is "hoping to take his career in a different direction." We don't reckon this is the last we'll hear of Matt! Are you as gutted as us?
