Simon Cowell just can't seem to make his mind up. First he ditches Cheryl Cole from the X Factor judging panel, then he adds in Nicole Scherzinger before getting rid of her after just one season!

He must be on the hunt for a superstar with a serious singing background. Who better to step up to the stage than Britney Spears! Sources say she's a keen bean to join the judging panel.

We reckon Brit would be a great addition to the panel, as long as she doesn't suggest they mime or have a breakdown...
