We’ve always thought it was quite handy to have a British representative in LA. Steve is one of our bestest buddies* (*we’ve hung out with him a few times, and always got on. In fact, we became Facebook friends after bonding with one of his mates from home over a weird fascination with mannequins. ANYWAY…) and we knew that if ever we found ourselves Stateside we could bank on him to take us out for a cup of tea and some biscuits. So we’re pretty gutted to discover Steve is leaving The X Factor USA. He Tweeted: "I wont be hosting next seasons X Factor which is a shame but I cant complain as I've had a great time. Good luck to everyone on the show. Not only is Steve off to pastures new, but it's been reported that Nicole Scherzinger and Paula Abdul have also been dropped! Eek! Who do you reckon they'll get in as replacements? Could it finally be Cheryl's time?
