Are Kellan and Ashley out?

Trouble in the Cullen clan

With news that the fourth Twilight novel, Breaking Dawn, will be divided into two movies, Kellan Lutz and Ashley Greene are asking for a major pay rise and as a result, production of the film is on hold. Even worse, both could get the boot!

The main Twilight trio – Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner – have all signed up for the final installments of the film. However, Ashley and Kellan aren't rushing to sign as quickly – both have reportedly requested $4 million each to take back on their roles as Alice and Emmett Cullen and the studio isn't happy. If a negotiation can't be reached, one or both stars could be re-cast.

Could you imagine the roles of Alice and Emmett Cullen being played by anyone else? Tell us what you think of a possible Breaking Dawn cast change.

Personally, I think it is greedy of them to even ask for a raise, they were probably already getting a lot and it's not all about the money, making the film should be fun. And your doing it for the fans, why be so selfish? True, the film wouldn't be the same without them...

why do celebrities always have to turn greedy ? Life isnt about money, they should be happy that they are a part of the greatest series ever made and the portrayal of emmet & alice; I know many people that would die for those roles.

I think that is RUBISH if they get the sack!!! Someone should tell Ashley and Kellan that it isn't about the money think about all the fans. No one could replace Alice or Emmett there so brill in the films that would just be so RUBISH if the characters got changed now.

That would be awful, the studio should sign them! To be honest Breaking Dawn is going to do so well anyway that it would be a loss if they were replaced. They're perfect for the roles of Alice and Emmet!! :)

tbf, they're being a bit greedy, they probably get loads of money anyway and they're asking for more. It will ruin all of the films if they go out. Alice's character is amazing, she's so bubbly. I'de be frineds with her anyday :) x

Nobody could play Alice & Emmet as well as these two! Breaking Dawn is important, it's the best and a different Alice won't work! Or an Emmet, you need him the whole storyline won't be the same without them! They should just do the film for the fans! x

I love Alice Cullen(Ashley Greene) She is my idol. And i would be devestated if her role is replaced. i also read the books before watching the films and i thought that Ashley & Kellan fit the perfect figures in my mind for Alice&Emmett. I'm completly 'ROBSESSED' And i think there roles are just as important as Robert Pattinson. God hope this is Just a rumour!!!

How much are they getting paid at the moment? Because if they are getting paid like, 1.5 million They`re being greedy but i can understand if it`s like, 3.5 million (: I love them both, especially Ashley, Alice is my favourite character and she can`t be replaced And Kellan, Kellan`s just fit ;DDD and i hate the idea of someone else`s body playing him ;) I`m glad the main ones have signed though but it`s still bad because it would be awkward for them to leave... x

I heard that Taylor got quite a lot in the first film and he wasn't in it that much. So i think it is fair that they try and get a better pay.

They can't be recast!!!!!! It was bad enough recasting Rachelle Lefevre for Bryce Dallas Howard (we'll see how that turns out...) but Kellan and Ashley need to be in it!!! You can't change them now!!!! Any cast changes and i will literally protest against Summit.

I think that changing the actors for majors roles such as Alice and Emmett would totally change and possibly ruin the film :( When Rachelle Lavern was replaced as Victoria it wasn't so bad but Alice and Emmett? No way. I think they're asking alot but i hope they stay x

It isn't fair for the fans ! They won't find anyone who is as bouncy as Ashley or who is as physically perfect like Kellan is. In the book Emmett is described as huge and strong and they won't find anyone better for that part than Kellan ! They deserve a raise ! In Breaking dawn Alice is in half of the scenes !

I love love love the main Twilight trio!!! I would also love love love Ashley and Kellan if they were really smart and took the roles for Alice and Emmet Cullen! This is really wrong, it wouldn't be the same without Kellan and Ashley.They really suit the descriptions in the books and i don't think they could find anyone as good as these two. I think that less people will go to watch it if they don't appear on it.

Personally being a big fan of twilight i think that it would be a huge disapontement for all of the twihard fans if kellen and ashley are replaced.i beleive that the makers and directors of the movie would loes a lot of money.Th en no one would be getting a pay rise!
